Aussie ex-pat Cidonie Richards wanted a vacation-inspired aesthetic for her new venture, Threads & Travel, a lifestyle blog featuring travel, health and style. Beachy blues, tropical vibes and a strong colour palette build out the unique theme. A mega menu was designed to feature her main topics; a portfolio custom post type to showcase her press and media work; and an SVG world map with custom markers for readers to dive into her wide range of destinations.

Happy Clients

I’ve always worked with designers face-to-face, so finding someone on the internet and on the other side of the world was going to be a big challenge… well this is what I first thought. I took a punt with Stephanie and she was everything I had hoped for and more. She understood my brief perfectly and really got my vision and my style from day one.

Even from just a few emails she managed to design a new site from scratch which was better than I had imagined. She was very patient with me on all sorts of things like resizing images and my complications of working in China and answered every question I had clearly and quickly.

I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone wanting a re-design or new website. It was such a fun experience seeing my vision unfold with her expert design skills, I’m so glad I found her!
